Welcome to Eagle Gym! By accessing our website, using our services, or becoming a member, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

• Members under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a liability waiver.

• Eagle Gym reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone at its sole discretion.

1.2. Membership Terms

• All membership fees are non-refundable and final, regardless of circumstances.
• Members must follow gym rules – failure to do so could result in fines and/or loss of membership.
• All memberships are a one time fee, with the exception of the Recurring Monthly Membership. Recurring Monthly Members may cancel their membership at any time, for any reason, through the GymMaster application that provides them access to the facility. Recurring Monthly Members may also cancel their membership by calling or texting Eagle Gym at (314) 423-2525 provided that they provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the member’s due date.
• The Recurring Monthly Membership must be cancelled in order to terminate the membership. A failed payment will restrict access to the gym until payment is received, but will not terminate the membership – the billing and membership will continue until the membership is cancelled or until the member in question is three months past due, at which time a $25 cancellation fee will be applied to the member’s default payment method. The remaining balance may be submitted to a collections agency.
• Eagle Gym is a one location business located at 2551 Woodson Rd, Saint Louis, Missouri, 63114, and is not associated with any other gym in the world operating under the name Eagle Gym. Eagle Gym cannot cancel memberships for other gym locations that operate under the same name or an otherwise similar name.

1.3 Membership Rules

• Membership rules apply to ALL MEMBERS, including Day Pass members or trial boxing/MMA first class members – further herein, “Members” refers to all gym goers at Eagle Gym.
• Members must return all weights and boxing equipment to their proper location when finished with their use. All weight trees are labeled with the proper respective weight denominations.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE GYM.
• Any persons smelling strongly of marijuana or alcohol will be asked to leave.
• No loitering. Come and use the equipment, and do it often, but do not hang out in the gym for hours on end doing nothing.
• No sleeping in the gym.
• To listen to your own music between the hours or 9am-9pm Monday through Saturday, or 9am-8pm on Sunday, must use headphones. Cell phone speakers, USB/Bluetooth speakers, or Eagle Gym’s provided bluetooth speakers are allowed for Members to use during all other hours.
• Unplugging or otherwise tampering with the Eagle Gym house sound system is strictly against the rules. Any member or spectator found to have done this may be subject to a permanent ban.
• Members are not allowed to wear street shoes on the matts or in the boxing ring. Boxing shoes and MMA shoes are allowed.
• Members who leave footprints on the mats are required to clean them off before leaving.
• Members are required to wipe their sweat from equipment and brush chalk from barbells that they have used. Cleaner and towels are provided for this purpose as well as wire brushes for the barbells.
• Members are not allowed to bang dumbbells together or drop them.
• Do not flush anything other than from human waste and toilet paper in the toilets.
• All participants at Eagle Gym are required to have a membership (Day Pass or otherwise) unless the participant is utilizing their ONE free trial Boxing/MMA class. This free trial class is limited to one per person per lifetime, and does not include access to the weights, machines, cardio equipment, or sauna unless that equipment is being utilized in the class.
• Any participant not subject to a free trial class is required to have purchased a membership or day pass prior to participation. All participants who fail to do so agree to pay an $8 late fee in addition to the $8 day pass fee. Effective May 15th, 2026, both day pass and late fees increase to $10.
• It is against the law and it is a violation of Eagle Gym rules for a Member to let any person or persons into the gym who do not pay for a Day Pass or membership. Any membership or pass by a Member who violates this rule is immediately null and void, and all entrants at that time are considered to be Trespassing. Any member caught doing this agrees to pay a $100 fine and may receive a permanent lifetime ban. In addition to Trespassing, Eagle Gym views this activity as theft of a taxable good, and may report such activity to the appropriate authorities. The only exception to this rule is if the person in question is a spectator, or if the person in question is taking their first and only trial/free boxing class. Spectators may not touch or use any equipment and must stay off of the matts and out of the ring, as failure to do so causes loss of spectator status.
• Entrance and participation in activities without a membership (Day Pass or otherwise), or a free trial class, are considered to be Theft and Trespassing, and will be handled accordingly. Any Member who lets a participant into Eagle Gym who does not meet these requirements is also in violation of this rule.
• Other common sense societal rules still apply to everyone in the gym, this includes, but is not limited to, sexual harassment, assault, bullying, battery, extorsion, theft, etc. Violations as such will result in permanent removal from the facility. Management will provide video evidence to authorities accordingly. Eagle gym reserves the right to file criminal complaint reports with the appropriate authorities. This list is not comprehensive.
• Membership rules and violations are solely subjective to management’s discretion and will be enforced accordingly.

2. Use of Facilities

Members and guests must:

• • Follow posted gym rules and staff instructions.

  • Use equipment responsibly and wipe it down after use.

  • Treat all members, staff, and the facility with respect.

Eagle Gym reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for any conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms.

3. Payments and Billing

• Membership dues and service fees are billed via our platform, GymMaster, and processed securely through Stripe.

• Members are responsible for maintaining current payment information.

• Late payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

• Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time in the GymMaster app or by calling or texting the Eagle Gym phone number, (314) 423-2525, at least 24 hours in advance to the next billing date. Membership fees will not be refunded for partial months.

• Refund Policy: Eagle Gym does not offer refunds for membership dues, personal training sessions, or classes unless required by law.

• Membership Freeze Policy: Members may request a temporary freeze for up to 3 months for medical reasons or extended travel. Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

4. Personal Training and Classes

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance and may be canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or forfeiture of the session.

• Availability of trainers and classes is not guaranteed and may change.

5. Health and Safety

By using Eagle Gym’s services, you acknowledge and agree:

• You are physically able to participate in exercise activities.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of gym equipment and facilities.

• Eagle Gym is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or property loss that may occur on the premises.

6. Liability Waiver

All members and guests agree to release and hold harmless Eagle Gym, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:

• Personal injury, illness, or accidents at the gym.

• Loss or damage to personal property.

This waiver is acknowledged upon signing the membership agreement or entering the facility.

7. Security and Surveillance

Our gym is monitored by security cameras (Google Nest) for your safety and our property protection. By using our facilities, or otherwise being present inside of the publicly accessible areas of our facilities, you consent to this audio and video surveillance.

8. Website Usage

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful or malicious purposes.

• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems or data.

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, website content, and materials are the property of Eagle Gym and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Eagle Gym may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under Missouri law.
