Boxing and MMA Training

Eagle Gym has partnered with Modern Combat Systems to bring you superior results on the mats. Whether you’re stepping into the ring, learning self-defense, or just looking to get in the best shape of your life, our Boxing and MMA program delivers real skills with real intensity. Led by Coach Jared, a seasoned coach with over 12 years of experience and a winning record, our program blends the discipline of combat sports with the supportive, no-nonsense atmosphere Eagle Gym is known for.

We offer group classes and one-on-one training focused on Boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—designed to meet you where you are and push you to where you want to be. Whether you’re a complete beginner, a returning athlete, or an active competitor, you’ll find a space to sweat, grow, and sharpen your craft.

Our fighters range from age 7 to 50+, and all walks of life are welcome. What unites everyone here is a shared mindset: show up, work hard, and respect the grind. From conditioning and pad work to sparring and technical development, every session builds real confidence and skill you can take with you—inside or outside the ring.

Personal Training Services

At Eagle Gym, personal training isn’t about fluff—it’s about results. Whether you’re chasing a leaner physique, building real-world strength, or working through an injury or health condition, our training is tailored to your goals and grounded in science.

Jordan Hawkins, our in-house personal trainer, brings over a decade of elite experience to the table. A Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Jordan is triple board certified and has worked with everyone from competitive runners and powerlifters to adults managing chronic health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and low bone density. His ability to coach across the spectrum—from performance to rehab—makes him uniquely equipped to meet clients where they are and guide them toward lasting progress.

Training sessions take place in Eagle’s main gym space, surrounded by the same energy that’s helped build champions and transform everyday people alike.
